Our return policy for online purchases lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return

To be a return, the product (s) must be unused, in its original packaging with labels and still in the same new condition as when the item was received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Sale and offer items
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale and sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us.

Forwarding
To return your product, you must mail your product. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, please note that you may be subject to shipping charges should you wish to return your order from a location outside of the parcel coverage. LanBlack is not responsible for any items lost during return shipping.
